Order customization app design
This project focuses on Viana Bakery, a local traditional bakery, as the research subject. Through the design thinking process, an order customization application was developed to provide users with a simple and easy-to-use online ordering system.
The Viana Bakery App features an online custom cake option, allowing users to select specific ingredients, design the cake's appearance, and track orders through a visual interface. This extends the services of the physical store and enhances the user experience in purchasing baked goods.

Problem Statement
Due to staff shortages and limited space, consumers face challenges when ordering custom products at Viana Bakery. The uncertainty of the in-store ordering process makes it difficult for some consumers to complete their orders.
02
Solution
An intuitive and easy-to-use application provides users with simple guidance and processes, allowing them to complete orders remotely and access a variety of options.
03
Competitive Analysis
I conducted a competitive analysis of existing products, including innovative companies popular in Taiwan and Japan: Tokyo Mix Curry, AMANDIER, and ARTasty Bakery.
Strengths
Tokyo Mix Curry has a readable logo and guides, with a visually attractive design.
AMANDIER features a clear hierarchy and delivery notifications.
ARTasty Bakery offers a customizable product interaction interface.
04
Prototype
It demonstrates the process from user login, entering the customization steps, order preview, to order completion and tracking. Viana Bakery app guides users through the cake-making process using their cognitive understanding, offers various payment methods, and features a visual interface, providing users with a shopping experience for creating orders remotely.
